Can you smoke onboard Royal Caribbean International ships?

The smoking policy is the same on Quantum of the Seas as it is on all other Royal Caribbean ships. Guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes and cigars in designated areas of the ship. There is visible signage guiding guests as to where they can smoke within the indoor and outdoor areas of the ship. Smoking is not allowed near food venues and kid’s pool or play areas. All of our staterooms are non-smoking.

Can you bring your own roller skates/blades?

We strongly suggest guests use the skates provided onboard Quantum of the Seas, however guests may bring roller skates in good condition. All personal roller skates will be inspected. Roller blades are not permitted in SeaPlex.

Yes, guests will have the option of having the screen either on or off.

Can the virtual balcony screens be used for TV viewing or customized logos to cater to corporate clients?

No, for the viewing pleasure of our guests, the content will be scenic only at this time.

More detail about the Family-Connected staterooms?

For multi-generational families, Family-Connected staterooms deliver more flexibility, using three different stateroom categories which connect to form a special layout that provides separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all. These groundbreaking layouts allow families and groups of friends to enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to together and alone time.
We’re also introducing the largest variety of stateroom categories, including new Studio staterooms with balconies for single travelers, three Junior Suite categories and larger Loft Suites – which were introduced on our Oasis class and are extremely popular.
