Networking Dinners
Group Reserved Seating – 6:00pm Every Evening, Main Dining Room
Every evening attendees join together in the Main Dining Room for Dinner in the reserved seating area for the Tech Cruise 2025 group. Attendees can sit anywhere they like in the reserved seating space giving ample opportunity to dine with different attendees each evening. Use this Dining Time to share experiences for the day and solidify your evening plans with friends in venues across the ship afterwards.
Networking Breaks
March 27 & 29, During Events at Sea, Conference Center
Structured networking after presentations and lunch. You’re provided scheduled daytime opportunities to get to know the people you connect with via social networks—up close and personal. No need to skip presentations to network; we built these breaks into the schedule.

Every Evening, Cruise Ship

Shore Excursions

During Tech Cruise 2025 we will be spending 1 full day at Cozumel, Mexico giving ample networking opportunities on the land. At each of these destinations Royal Caribbean offers a large variety of optional Shore Excursions. Enjoy Shore Activities independently with your travel partner or join your friends attending Tech Cruise 2025 and share Shore Excursion experiences together.”
Farewell Cocktail Party
March 31: 7:00pm – 8:00pm, Viking Crown Lounge
Before heading back to the office to implement all of the great new strategies and tactics you’ve learned, to top off a fantastic week of learning and networking along with the lifetime memories we have gained as we cruise around the Caribbean together, kick back and relax at the Farewell Cocktail Party at Viking Crown Lounge. Share takeaways and stories with industry colleagues, speakers and the Tech Cruise team over a glass or two. After an intense week of learning and networking, what better way is there to wind down?

Marina of the Seas Cruise Ship
All Events At Sea during Tech Cruise 2025 will be held in the Conference Center on Deck 2 of the Mariner of the Seas Cruise Ship. It is important to attend the Registration Check-in at between 8:00am and 8:45am on Friday, March 27th, 2025 to collect your badge, lanyard and conference bag and also to familiarize yourself with the Conference Center venue location.

You will receive your name badge at Registration Check-in which gives you access to events.
